Some people may believe that the opposite is true, however, sitting in a chair all day without movement all day can actually lead to more exhaustion. When you’re active in your body your active in your mind.  The result being that at the end of the day you won’t feel like you have pent up anxiety.

If you tend to suffer from stress or feel as if you don’t have an avenue to express your energy, consider going for a run 20 minutes a day or even doing something low impact like yoga.

Regular exercise can make you feel a lot firmer and stronger as a whole.  Therefore, incorporating a regular exercise program into your daily routine can not only make you look better physically but feel better about yourself mentally.

Much like a car that is left in the garage undriven for long periods of time, it will start to break down and have a weakened performance.
